The evening party kicked off in a festive atmosphere, with the host delivering a passionate opening speech and introducing the leaders and guests present one by one. Mr. Hu Jiada, Chairman of Ritar Group, and Ms. Peng Hengying, Vice Chairman, took the stage to add the finishing touch to Xiangshi, a traditional Chinese folk custom that symbolizes prosperous business and good luck. Xiangshi was dancing and jumping on stage, adding a strong festive atmosphere to the party.

Hello everyone! At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we gather together to review the struggle of Vietnamese factories in the past year and look forward to the glorious journey of the new year. Firstly, on behalf of the company, I would like to express our sincerest gratitude and best wishes for the new year to every colleague present here, as well as all the partners who have worked hard for the development of the factory!

The past year has been extremely extraordinary, challenging, and fruitful for our Vietnamese factory. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in the battery industry and complex and ever-changing market environment, we have achieved outstanding growth in performance with the cohesion, innovation, and execution of our team, which is a beautiful scenery in the company's global layout.

Looking back on this year, our production line machines roared and workers worked overtime to ensure that every battery could be delivered to customers on time and with high quality. Our R&D team works day and night to overcome one technical challenge after another, continuously improving the performance, safety, and service life of our battery products, and winning widespread recognition in the market. Our sales team travels around the world, actively exploring markets and establishing long-term stable cooperative relationships with numerous customers, making great contributions to the growth of the factory's performance.

These achievements cannot be achieved without the hard work of every colleague. Here, I would like to express my special thanks to those workers who silently dedicate themselves on the front line. It is your diligent hands that have laid a solid foundation for the production of the factory. Thank you to every member of the R&D team. It is your wisdom and sweat that have made our products stand out in the fierce market competition. Thank you to every partner in the sales team. It is your perseverance and dedication that have won us valuable market share.

At the same time, I would also like to thank our management team for their scientific decision-making and meticulous management, which have provided strong support for the stable development of the factory. During this year, we faced many challenges such as fluctuations in raw material prices, difficulties in logistics transportation, and extreme internal competition in the industry. The management team always maintained a calm and clear mind, adjusted strategies in a timely manner, optimized structural design, restructured production processes, and ensured the normal operation of the factory and steady growth in performance.

Looking ahead to the new year, we are facing more opportunities and challenges. 2025 will be an extremely challenging year, as industry competition will intensify and the baton of the trade war will fall even higher. We must remain calm in the face of danger, remain calm in the face of adversity, fight tirelessly, strive for progress in the face of adversity, and counterattack fiercely. In 2025, with the booming development of the global new energy market, the battery industry will usher in a broader development space. With the increasing global attention to safe energy storage, our all solid state acid free lead batteries will become a beautiful landscape painting all over the world. We need to seize this opportunity, continue to increase research and development investment, improve product quality, expand market share, and strive to build the Vietnam factory into a benchmark factory in the company's global layout.

In the new year, we will continue to strengthen team building, enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness. We need to strengthen internal communication and collaboration, break down departmental barriers, and form a working force. We need to care for and love every colleague, create a better working and living environment for everyone, so that every colleague can feel warmth and care in the big family of the factory.

At the same time, we must always maintain a sense of crisis and be prepared for danger in times of peace. We need to closely monitor market trends, adjust our business strategies in a timely manner, and actively respond to various risks and challenges. We need to strengthen quality control to ensure that every battery meets or even exceeds customer expectations. We need to continuously optimize the production process, improve production efficiency, optimize structural design to continuously reduce costs, and enhance the market competitiveness of the factory.
