Ritar"s CEO Rang NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell

Mr. Jiada Hu, President and CEO of China Ritar Power, Corp. (CRTP) rang the NASDAQ opening bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City"sTime Square at 9:30 am on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.

Mr. Jiada Hu, along with key senior management presided over the ceremony in celebration of the Company"s common stock trading on the NASDAQ Global Market.

"We are honored to be invited to ring the NASDAQ opening bell in recognition of the listing of our common stock on NASDAQ," commented Mr.Hu.
