China Ritar Power’s headquarters is located in Shenzhen, China. The Company has three manufacturing facilities located in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hengyang, which were founded in May 2002, August 2003, and April 2008, respectively.

The Hengyang Industrial Park is strategically located near lead mining reserves in Shuikou Shan, Hunan which helps the Company to secure a steady supply of lead.

In total the Company has 19 battery production lines. The Hengyang factory also has the capacity to product lead plates. Lead plates comprise about 78% of the raw material for lead acid batteries, and by producing lead plates in-house, Ritar expects to increase its gross margin by 3% - 5%. By 2011, lead plate production capacity is expected to reach 45,000 tons per year which should provide the Company with about 60% of its lead-plates requirements.
